Using only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients is paramount for us - that's why we source from local suppliers who place a premium on exceptional produce. From seasonal fruit and veg to sustainably sourced beef and pork reared close by in the East of England. Our beef is bred in an ethical way and consists of native suckler breeds such as Angus Hereford and Devon Reds. It is aged for a minimum of 30 days in specially designed rooms which enhances overall flavour and texture. Our chefs have access to all they need to deliver quality and excellence on every plate!
